At PPR, we review all applications and shortlist those who are best suited to the job. We’ll then chat to you over the phone as the next step in getting to know you and to provide you the opportunity to get to know us. After that, we may organise an interview for you to meet the team and learn more about the environment you will be working in.

The typical process would be:

Interview
The questions you will be asked at interview will be specific to the position you have applied for. We use behavioral interviewing questions where you will be asked to give examples of how you have demonstrated competencies in your previous roles, relating specifically to the advertised job.

PPA and Technical Skills audit
Personal Profile Analysis - PPA is a well proven system developed by Thomas International. The PPA looks at four main terms; Dominance, Influencing, Steadyness and Compliance - these are sometimes described as power, people, pace and procedures. Following replies to a simple, multi-choice questionnaire an analysis is produced which considers these four terms in various settings.
